- Booking and participation information: reservations, gift certificate purchases, and participant waivers may involve contact details, purchase details, and information needed to arrange your visit. A parent or legal guardian handles waivers for minors.

We use information to answer questions, plan group events, administer reservations and gift certificates, communicate about your visit, manage waivers, support customers, protect our services, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Netlify hosts this website and processes group inquiry submissions. Our embedded online checkout is provided by Off the Couch, which handles booking transactions under its own privacy policy and terms. Payment details should be entered only in the secure checkout, not in our inquiry form.
We share information with service providers as needed to operate our business and fulfill your requests. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Our booking integration stores campaign attribution (utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign) in cookies for 30 days and passes it to Off the Couch. The booking service may load Google Analytics and report booking page views and checkout events.
